Terms of service

You must be 18 or older and give accurate details. Keep your sign-in secure and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account and in the organizations you manage.

MyDeepAgents lets you build AI agents and workflows, connect them to other tools, and embed them in websites and apps. We keep improving it, so features may change. If we remove something important you rely on, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can.

You keep ownership of everything you put into the platform and everything your agents produce for you. You give us permission to store, process and transmit it only as needed to run the service for you, including sending it to the AI model providers and tools you choose. Our privacy policy (/privacy) explains how we handle personal data.

You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload and for the data your agents read from connected tools.

AI models can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check important output before you rely on it. Agents act in connected tools with the access you grant them and within the approvals you set up; you are responsible for those settings and for the actions your agents take on your behalf. Do not use the platform as the only basis for medical, legal, financial or other decisions with serious consequences.

Do not use MyDeepAgents to:

• break the law or anyone's rights, including privacy and intellectual property;
• send spam, run scams or impersonate others;
• create or spread malware, or attack, probe or overload any system, including ours;
• get around usage limits, security controls or another organization's separation;
• generate content that the AI model providers' usage policies forbid;
• build a competing service by copying ours.

We may remove content or suspend access that breaks these rules.

When you connect a tool or choose an AI model, that company's own terms also apply between you and them. We are not responsible for their services, outages or changes.

Paid plans are charged at the prices shown when you subscribe, plus applicable taxes such as GST. Fees are not refundable except where the law requires it or we say otherwise in writing. We will give at least 30 days' notice of a price change.

You can stop using the platform and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect the service or other users. Where it is fair to, we will warn you first and let you export your content.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

As far as the law allows, MyDeepAgents is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, data or business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

If someone makes a claim against us because of your content or your breach of these terms, you will cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and for important changes we will tell you by email or in the console before they take effect. If you keep using the platform after that, you accept the new terms.
